PROBLEM
Trying to reach the uninsured Generation Y market, a major healthcare provider needed a reliable web portal to quote health insurance coverage, deliver policies, and manage customer relationships. New regulation, and changing demographics presented an opportunity, but the provider needed a rapid, easy and cost effective way to drive enrollment of millions of new customers for their low cost, product.
SOLUTION
We delivered a customer focused web environment with an easy to use eCommerce solution as the backbone of their CRM strategy. The interactive eCommerce site integrated an easy to use Flash based web storefront, a robust Rate Quote engine, and a rules driven enrollment engine integrated with WellPoint transaction management system.
RESULT
Today new subscribers from on-line enrollment has climbed to over 1 million new customers. The original pilot program for the state of California was so successful; it has grown into a major national marketing platform for our client.
