Prior to launching Smartbridge, Sri was a principal at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting practice where he led their Gulf Coast Advanced Technology practice and provided strategy and technology solutions to Oil & Gas, Healthcare and Hi-tech industries.

Eric offers a background including senior posts with Fortune 100 global companies in various operational roles and extensive experience managing engagements for top tier consulting firms.

Prior to joining Smartbridge, as Chief Operating Officer, Eric lead process oriented engagements at Bearing Point and Arthur Andersen for clients such as Agilent, ExxonMobil, General Motors, and United Technologies.  Eric started his career in product development and operations with IBM and Compaq.

Eric earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University and holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from the University of Houston.

Victor is a Senior Director in Smartbridge’s technology consulting practice. With over ten years of experience, Victor has been the architect of and managed numerous technology projects in various industries.

He has a broad range of experience in all phases of the software engineering lifecycle and has extensive knowledge in the development of the client/server, web-based applications and data warehousing systems.

Victor has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. Victor is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional, Microsoft Solution Developer, and Sun Java Developer.

Ryan is Director of Analytics supporting our technology consulting practice and guiding strategy and direction for business intelligence applications.

He has over ten years of consulting experience, where he has focused on application development, systems integration, web technologies and business intelligence including reporting and measurement, information design and data architecture.

Ryan has experience in the retail, entertainment, quick service restaurant, and energy industries.
Prior to joining Smartbridge, he performed consulting services for BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Ryan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University.
